We collect only the information you choose to give us. Through the enquiry form on this website we collect:

- Your email address
- Your phone number (optional)
- Your audience type (parent, school, or organisation)
- The content of your message
We do not take payments through this website. We do not operate user accounts. We also collect limited, anonymised technical data about how visitors use our website through Microsoft Clarity (see our Cookie Policy).
How we collect your data
- Directly from you — when you complete and submit the enquiry form, or book a call through our scheduling provider (TidyCal).
- Automatically — through cookies and analytics operated by Microsoft Clarity when you browse the site, but only after you have given consent via our cookie banner.

- follow up on your enquiry if you have not yet received a response;
- arrange and deliver any call or session you book;

- improve our website based on anonymised usage patterns.
We will never sell your personal data, and we will never use it for unsolicited marketing without your express consent.
Who we share your data with
We share your data only where necessary, with the following processors who act on our behalf:
- Email provider — enquiry submissions are delivered to our business inbox via Gmail and the form service Web3Forms.
- Vercel — hosts this website and processes server/request logs. See vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.
- TidyCal — processes booking details when you schedule a call. See tidycal.com.
- Microsoft Clarity — if you accept analytics cookies, collects anonymised session data. See privacy.microsoft.com.
We do not transfer your personal data outside the UK or EEA except where these providers operate under approved transfer mechanisms in compliance with Chapter V of the UK GDPR.
How long we keep your data
