For Organisations

Supporting working parents and the organisations that depend on them

I work with employers, nurseries, charities and local authorities to design and deliver credible, evidence-based parenting support programmes that strengthen staff wellbeing, engagement and retention.

From strategic consultancy to practical delivery partnerships, my focus is on creating support that is realistic, measurable and genuinely useful for working families.

Who I partner with

Every partnership begins with the same question: what meaningful outcome are we trying to achieve, and how will we measure success?

For Employers

Supporting working parents is no longer just a wellbeing initiative

It's a retention, engagement and culture issue too. I help organisations provide practical, credible support for employees navigating the realities of parenting, caregiving and family life, in ways that align with both staff wellbeing and organisational goals.

  • Lunch-and-learn sessions covering common parenting challenges: anxiety, sleep, behaviour, neurodiversity and adolescence
  • One-to-one parent coaching offered as part of employee wellbeing support
  • Review of parent-facing policies, communication and workplace culture
  • Reporting and evaluation focused on engagement, feedback, uptake and wellbeing outcomes

Engagement models

Three ways to work with me

Advisory day

A focused day on-site or online. Diagnostic review of your current parenting-support offer, with a written summary and prioritised recommendations.

Ideal for: leaders exploring whether to invest here at all.

Retained partnership

A rolling quarterly engagement, typically 2–3 days per month, covering programme delivery, manager coaching and executive reporting.

Ideal for: HR, People or Wellbeing leads with a live remit.

Project engagement

Scoped, time-limited work with a clear deliverable: a commissioned group programme, a policy overhaul, a pathway redesign, a funder-ready evaluation.

Ideal for: charities and nurseries with a specific mandate.

Voices from NHS, prisons & community

Commissioned across sectors others don't reach

Her interventions and liaison within schools helped establish links and an understanding more rapidly than newly trained staff could have achieved. I can wholeheartedly recommend Meave Darroux to any services interested in parental support and Triple P interventions.
Stephen Mylchreest Team Leader, INTERACT Adolescent Outreach Team, NELFT NHS
I was extremely impressed with the way Ms Darroux was not only familiar with the content but was immediately able to put the women at ease, mostly by speaking to them and not at them. The seminars were so enjoyable the women asked if there were any follow-on courses.
Dee Burn Operations Manager, HMP Holloway
The first workshop we had with Brilliant Parents had over 30 attendees, all of whom gave positive feedback and requested the second and third workshops. Fathers as well as mothers are now coming forward.
