If you have lost your confidence with managing your child's challenging behaviour, or you are just so exhausted that giving in seems like the easiest option, you don't need to doubt yourself. You need tried and tested strategies that support your family's life, and someone to think it through with you. That's what I do.

Parenting today

Today's families are navigating more than ever

Parenting in today's world comes with challenges many families never imagined they would face. In the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic, parents are continuing to navigate the emotional, social and educational impact the last few years have had on children and young people.

Alongside this, families are battling the growing influence of social media and the digital world. From online pressures and harmful content to cyberbullying, anxiety and reduced self-esteem, many parents are concerned about the negative effects social media is having on their children's wellbeing, behaviour and relationships.

At the same time, parents are still managing the everyday realities of family life, supporting children through key transitions such as moving from primary to secondary school, navigating co-parenting relationships, and understanding the increasing number of children presenting with neurodiverse needs such as ADHD, autism and sensory challenges.

For many parents, it can feel overwhelming trying to know the "right" way to respond.

As a parenting practitioner with 17+ years of experience supporting families, I understand that no two children or parents are the same. My approach is practical, evidence-based and non-judgemental, helping parents build confidence, strengthen relationships and develop effective strategies that work in real life.

Whether you are struggling with communication, boundaries, behaviour, emotional wellbeing or simply feeling unsure about your next steps, I can help you increase your parenting confidence and skills so you can create calmer, more connected family relationships.

Coaching packages

Choose what fits your situation

Every engagement starts with a free discovery call so we can work out together what the right package is, or whether you need anything at all.

Is this you?

You're a good parent. You're also exhausted

Most of the families I work with aren't failing, they're overwhelmed. They're doing everything they can, yet still feel like family life has become harder than it should be. Sound familiar?

  • Mornings and bedtimes have turned into battles you brace yourself for every day.
  • You're shouting more than you want to and carrying the guilt afterwards.
  • Sibling arguments are constant and nothing seems to work for long.
  • You and your partner disagree about boundaries, routines or consequences, and it's creating tension at home.
  • Your child is anxious, withdrawn, angry or struggling at school, and you're not sure what support would genuinely help.
  • You've read the books, listened to the podcasts, followed the parenting accounts… but real life still feels stuck.

If that sounds familiar, you are not alone, and you don't need to figure it all out on your own either.

What Support Looks Like

A practical, private plan built around your family

Together we will look at what is happening now, not a generic version of it, and build a short, workable plan you can use this week. I draw on the Triple P (Positive Parenting Program) framework, adapted to your child's age, temperament and the realities of your household.

  • Confidential, non-judgemental sessions, online or in person
  • Clear strategies for the behaviour you are stuck on
  • Homework that takes minutes, not evenings
  • Monitoring methods to assess your progress
  • Follow-up between sessions when you need it
  • Support for both parents, or co-parents working apart
  • Pre- and post-evaluation tools provided

How it works

From first call to meaningful progress, in three clear steps

Discovery call

A free, no-pressure 20-minute conversation. You tell me what's going on and we decide together whether coaching with me is the right fit for you.

Shared plan

Once agreed, you'll complete a pre-evaluation form before we begin. We'll also confirm your learning goals together so the support is built around what matters to your family.

Meaningful progress

We confirm the session dates, the workbook is posted to you and the online link sent. For course attendees, weekly homework brings the strategies to life. Once complete, a post-evaluation is done and I follow up with a 20-minute call the week after.

FAQs

Questions parents ask before booking

Is this therapy?

No. Parent support is practical, forward-looking and focused on parenting strategy, not processing trauma or diagnosing mental health conditions. If you or your child need clinical support, I will tell you honestly and can help you find the right route.

What ages do you work with?

I am trained and accredited in Triple P for families with children from ages 2 to 16 years. There are separate and distinct strategies for parents whose children attend primary school and those with teenagers attending secondary school.

Do both parents need to attend?

It helps, however it is not required. I work with single parents, separated parents, co-parents, grandparents, foster parents and carers.

My child is neurodivergent, can you help?

Yes. A significant portion of the families I work with have children who are either diagnosed or being assessed for autism and ADHD. My approach adjusts accordingly, same evidence base, different tools.

How long does change take?

Parenting support isn't about instant transformations. Most families begin to notice positive shifts within the first few weeks, with stronger and more sustainable changes building over time as new approaches become part of everyday family life.

What if we can't afford the full programme?

I hold a small number of reduced-fee places each month for families who need them. We can also arrange a payment plan to assist some families if required.
